Latest Single is Another Preview to Forthcoming New Album
Sea Girls have always been a band for me that has that certain feeling of both nostalgia and angst, all wound together in an energetic and pop-driven rush of sound. Latest single “Again Again” nearly perfectly encapsulates the feelings of longing and tension, reminiscent of some of the best of their predecessors The 1975 and Third Eye Blind. Sea Girls still put a little more of their 21st century pop polish on this track with some good production value, but the punkish attitude also present on recent single and the b-side on this double release “Sick” is still here in spades.
The recent releases from Sea Girls are complementing a current UK tour for the band set to release their sophomore album Homesick due out in January 2022.
